Great bag! but pics dont represent bag style

Let me start off by saying that this bag has preformed very well, and I am loving it! Since putting it on my bike it has seen a short ride (10 min) in heavy rain (completely dry contents afterwards, woohoo!) and has been left out in moderate rain for ~3 hours, for which it also kept all my contents dry. The bag has been great for carrying my groceries and the strap seems very sturdy. I haven't gotten a chance to test how well the cooler keeps things cold yet. My only issue with the bag: The photos on the website are NOT representative of what you will receive. Apparently (as per the customer service rep who I emailed with) this bag is a style that has been "brought back" into production. IT NO LONGER HAS THE TOP ZIPPERED POCKET ON THE OUTSIDE. It only has a mesh pocket on the inside, and two elastic side pockets on the outside. While this is fine, and I decided to keep the cooler bag, I think the company should have taken new photos of the bag *before* advertising it for sale. They fixed the description (it used to say "five pockets" instead of "three pockets") after our email exchange, but I still think it is not descriptive enough since they don't mention that the top pocket is not there anymore. So all in all, good bag, I am happy with it. Hope some updated pictures go out soon. I hope this helps!
